Today, Super Bowl Sunday, and Big Hunk, the 8 year-old sweet as can be Yellow Lab, will be getting a thorough examination to determine the best gameplan to help this sweet guy get his life back. The tumor you see is actually two of them. The larger one starts inside the mouth, the second one grows from the first.
The fact that the tumor has burst and is bleeding demands urgency, which is why we’re moving forward quick as we can. Today will help determine the action plan. There will be one surgery, then a second. Maybe a third.
We know this is a big job. But we also know we’ve got each one of you there with us. And for that we are grateful.
We hope Super Bowl Sunday is a Super Good Day for Big Hunk too.
